Soul Centered Solutions was founded by Tracey Lenac.  She is a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Karuna Ki Reiki Master/Teacher and Sacred Flames Reiki Master/Teacher.  She is also a certified Radiant Child Yoga Practitioner - level 2 (RCYP-2), Registered Healer (RH) and an intuitive reader. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Education/Curriculum & Instruction (MAEd) and is the mother of two boys, whom she home schools at her home in Los Angeles.

Soul Centered Solutions is comprised of four interwoven paths that are connected through similar visions and philosophies.

Tracey is the owner and Reiki therapist at

LAX REIKI with 15 years of experience as a Reiki Master Teacher, she practices Reiki at two locations in Los Angeles, and teaches Reiki to families.  Focusing on stress reduction and relaxation, LAX REIKI offers a no frills, clinical mainstream version of Reiki to the residents and visitors of Los Angeles.  As the founder and teacher at Soul Centered Kids - also based in Los Angeles, Tracey has been teaching children and families since 2008. She utilizes her education and experience to develop and design curriculum that teaches soul centered skills such as meditation, mindfulness and reiki to children of all ages and developmental abilities.   In addition to teaching children, Tracey is also the founder of The Souls of Boys, an online store and educational resource specializing in non violent, non toxic, soul centered toys, books, media and resources for boys. In 2013, after volunteering with several L.A. based animal rescues, Tracey founded a non profit animal rescue organization that specializes in saving black cats, provides holistic services & care to local cat rescue organizations and offers humane education curriculum development & instruction at Black Cat Holistic Rescue.
